South Carolina Baptists
will be preparing
Buckets of Hope
for the people of Haiti

For a list of items to be put in the buckets, email Paul McKee, Missions Ministry Consultant, at spaulmckee@bellsouth.net.  There are specific items to be put in a 5 gallon white, plastic bucket with handle (the kind you can get at home stores).  The goal for the Spartanburg County Baptist Network churches is 500 buckets.  These need to be delivered to the Network Office by March 10!

Pray for student leaders as they begin small group Bible studies on the campuses.   With 12,000 college students at the 5 campuses in Spartanburg, there is a tremendous mission field right here at home!    We need individuals or families to "adopt" a college student -- build a relationship with them, invite them to your home for a meal -- just interact with them!  Many, especially International students, may never be invited into an American home while at college.  What a missed opportunity to share the Gospel with a student that may go back to their home country as a new believer and missionary to their own people.
We are now located in the Baptist Network Building on Cummings Street.  To see find out what is happening visit our web site or call the Baptist Collegiate Ministry office at 582-4609. God is doing amazing things in the lives of college students.  Join Him!
